Our History
Berkley West has been known as the “little gem” of skilled care in Santa Monica. Our intimately sized skilled nursing facility provides a cheerful and homelike atmosphere. Most importantly, our reputation for skilled and compassionate nursing care has made Berkley West a leading choice of doctors and families for over 40 years.
We are conveniently located two blocks from UCLA Medical Center and three blocks from Providence Saint John’s Medical Center in Santa Monica.
We pride ourselves in being a preferred geriatric skilled nursing facility for UCLA Medical Center. It allows us to provide a continuum of care for all UCLA patients by having Dr. Manuel Eskildsen, a UCLA geriatric physician, follow the patients’ care at Berkley West.
